These terms govern your use of Isoquant, operated by Agent FM Inc. By using our website or inference services, you accept them. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. A signed agreement takes priority where its terms differ.
Your account and use
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Unlawful use, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized access and attempts to bypass security or usage limits are prohibited.
Your content and model outputs
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to process it to fulfill your requests and protect the service. You must have the rights needed to submit that content.
Models may carry their own license conditions. Responses can be wrong or incomplete; assess them before using them. Our privacy policy describes how information is handled.
Pricing and payment
Usage is charged at the rates shown for your selected model or in your written agreement. Prepaid credits are deducted as usage is billed. You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund or your written agreement permits one.
Service availability
We may update the models, features and limits we offer. Performance and availability depend on workload and infrastructure, including services supplied by others. Preview features may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular response speed.
Our service
Isoquant and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software and documentation. Access to the service does not transfer those rights to you.
Confidentiality
Both parties must safeguard the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it solely for providing or receiving the service. This excludes information that is public without a breach, already known without restrictions, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere.
Warranties and liability
The service is offered as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We exclude liability for indirect losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law or a written agreement requires otherwise.
Ending access
You can stop using Isoquant at any time. We may restrict or end access for misuse, unpaid charges or security concerns. Ending access does not cancel charges already incurred.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and date on this page. Material changes apply only going forward. Questions can be sent to founders@isoquant.ai.
