Isoquant is operated by Agent FM Inc. This policy describes how we handle information across our website, console and inference API.
Information we collect
We collect the account and contact details you provide, including your name, email and billing information. If you sign in through another service, we receive the profile information it shares with us. We also keep correspondence you send us. We use this information to manage your account, process payments and respond to you.
Your inputs and outputs
We process your prompts, messages and other inputs to generate model responses. This processing takes place on the infrastructure used to deliver your requests. You decide what to submit and must have permission to share it.
Your inputs, outputs and derived cache states are not used for AI model training unless you explicitly consent in writing.
Zero data retention
For GLM-5.3-Flash routes marked as supporting zero data retention in our API model catalog, we do not persist inputs, outputs or related cache data in logs or on disk. Temporary processing and caching take place in memory.
The same policy applies to DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 requests that require zero data retention.
Send Isoquant-ZDR: required to require this policy. An account requirement also applies when the header is omitted. A model that cannot honor the requirement returns an error instead of serving the request. We retain account, billing and operational metadata such as request IDs, token counts, timings and charges, without prompt or response content.
Usage data and cookies
We record model selection, token usage, request timing, errors and charges to run, secure and bill the service. Our website and sign-in service use cookies or similar storage for sessions and security. Hosting providers may receive your IP address and browser information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public website and interactions with key links and features. Custom event properties describe the action taken. We do not include form entries, API keys, booking details or inference content in those properties.
With Statistics consent, we keep the first source and the latest tagged campaign that brought you to our website, along with a broad device category, in browser storage for up to 30 days. We pass these details to our console when you follow a console link so we can understand which campaigns lead to new accounts. We do not include full referring URLs or inference content.
With Marketing consent, we use Reddit and X advertising tools to measure visits, completed signups and paid credit purchases. We retain their click identifiers for up to 30 days and send event identifiers, timestamps and, for purchases, the amount and currency paid. Their browser tools also receive browser and network information. We do not send your email, API keys, prompts, responses or workspace contents. We honor Global Privacy Control for this measurement.
Cookiebot manages optional cookie choices on our website. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting Statistics clears stored campaign details; rejecting Marketing stops advertising measurement and clears stored click identifiers.
Retention and security
We retain account, billing and usage information for service administration, legal compliance and dispute resolution. For requests not covered by the zero data retention policy above, prompt and output data, including derived cache states, may be retained. Retention periods vary by the type of information.
We use safeguards to protect personal information, although no system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing founders@isoquant.ai. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Additional rights may apply where you live.
