Information we collect

We collect the account and contact details you provide, including your name, email and billing information. If you sign in through another service, we receive the profile information it shares with us. We also keep correspondence you send us. We use this information to manage your account, process payments and respond to you.

Your inputs and outputs

We process your prompts, messages and other inputs to generate model responses. This processing takes place on the infrastructure used to deliver your requests. You decide what to submit and must have permission to share it.

Your inputs, outputs and derived cache states are not used for AI model training unless you explicitly consent in writing.

Zero data retention

For GLM-5.3-Flash and Qwen3.6-27B routes marked as supporting zero data retention in our API model catalog, we do not persist inputs, outputs or related cache data in logs or on disk. Temporary processing and caching take place in memory, with caches isolated between customer accounts.

Send Isoquant-ZDR: required to require this policy. An account requirement also applies when the header is omitted. A model that cannot honor the requirement returns an error instead of serving the request. We retain account, billing and operational metadata such as request IDs, token counts, timings and charges, without prompt or response content.

Usage data and cookies

We record model selection, token usage, request timing, errors and charges to run, secure and bill the service. Our website and sign-in service use cookies or similar storage for sessions and security. Hosting providers may receive your IP address and browser information.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public website and interactions with key links and features. Custom event properties describe the action taken. We do not include form entries, API keys, booking details or inference content in those properties.

How information is shared

Service providers help us with authentication, payments, hosting and inference infrastructure. We share information needed for those services. We may also disclose information to comply with legal requirements, address misuse or protect people and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing and usage information for service administration, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Outside routes designated for zero data retention, prompt and output data, including derived cache states, may be retained to reuse cached computations and troubleshoot problems. Retention periods vary by the type of information and its purpose.

We use safeguards to protect personal information, although no system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing founders@isoquant.ai. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Additional rights may apply where you live.
